Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Pinner for an experienced Room Leader to oversee the 2–5 years room.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead curriculum planning and delivery
• Support school readiness and development
• Manage and mentor staff
• Ensure EYFS, safeguarding, and quality standards
• Maintain excellent parent communication
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Confident leadership skills
