Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Eastcote for an experienced Deputy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations
• Lead, motivate, and support the staff team
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements
• Oversee planning, quality of provision, and staff development
• Build strong partnerships with families
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and nursery management
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
