Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Eastcote for a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality Montessori-based learning experiences
• Support children’s independence, confidence, and development
• Plan and observe in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
• Create a calm, engaging, and prepared learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
• Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and EYFS
• Strong communication and organisational skills
