37 hours per week - will consider secondments/flexible working

Based in Newton Abbot. Permanent contract.

Would you like to be part of our leadership team and oversee the development of projects in our services?

The Youth Enquiry Service (YES) in Newton Abbot has just undergone a refit and the team are excited to deliver the vision we have for this wonderful new space. We create safe spaces for young people to develop help-seeking behavior from trusted relationships with trained and experienced adults who are able to listen well and respond accordingly. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing environments where services come together with a person-centered focus to respond to the young people in the community.

You will have the skills and experience of building relationships of trust and understanding and working in the community through Youth Work, Education or Health and Social Care.

Stage 1 interviews: 10-minute online interview and Q&A Tuesday 24th February 2026.
Stage 2 interviews: Successful applicants will be invited to Newton Abbot for a second interview on Wednesday 4th March 2026.
