Are you an organised, compassionate professional who thrives in an environment where every decision genuinely improves someone’s quality of life? We are looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional home care to people who want to remain independent in their own homes.
About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service — ensuring care is planned, delivered, and reviewed to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with care staff, clients, families, and external professionals to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
*Creating, managing, and updating staff rotas to ensure all care visits are covered
*Acting as the main point of contact for care workers and clients
*Conducting care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
*Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff
*Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies
*Responding to emergencies or schedule changes with calm, solution‑focused thinking
*Maintaining accurate records and care plans
*Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
About You
*Experience in domiciliary care or a similar care coordination role
*Strong organisational and time‑management skills
*Excellent communication and people skills
*Confident using care management software and digital systems
*A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care
*Ability to work on‑call as part of a rota
*A full UK driving licence is essential
What We Offer
*Competitive salary and benefits
*Supportive, friendly team culture
*Opportunities for professional development and career progression
*The chance to make a meaningful difference every single day
Although experience is preferred, there is the opportunity to recruit a junior care coordinator for an applicant with the right qualities.
