Summary
Overview
Our Sales Executives will promote and sell the Pickfords brand, generating sales activity and opening up lines of communication with clients and prospects whilst achieving a defined revenue target that is underpinned by strong margin performance that meets the expectations of the business.
JOB PURPOSE:
To promote and sell the Pickfords portfolio of global moving and mobility services, generating sales activity and opening up lines of communication with prospective clients in order to achieve revenue growth and meet defined sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve B2B sales development revenue and profit targets.
Prospecting and targeting companies through cold calling and warm leads through to securing/contract signing.
Developing key high level contacts to maximize business opportunities.
Pro-actively contact and visit prospective clients to establish their future needs and requirements.
Working with the Account Management Team to implement new clients.
Maintain excellent product and competitor awareness to ensure optimal client experience.
Maintain and develop an up to date development register.
Update CRM Sales system to reflect response progress/completion.
Complete responses to RFI (Request for Information) & RFP (Request for Pricing) tender documents for prospective corporate customers as necessary.
Supporting the sales team in providing solutions to address up-selling & business development opportunities within the existing client base.
Representing Pickfords at industry and mobility networking events.
Act as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ for our core services and point of liaison with our marketing team.
To account manage key clients throughout the entire process ensuring repeat business.

Commercial awareness demonstrating high levels of integrity, energy and enthusiasm
Be results orientated with a clear determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in presenting at all levels.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to spot opportunities and be proactive.
Ability to work well under pressure and be well organised.
Pro-actively able to generate leads and revenue.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
Excellent all round IT skills.
Ability to work alone and from own initiative or as part of a team or group.
A flexible approach.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (Desirable):
Global mobility sales experience.
Proactive, assertive and able take ownership of the target and plan for achievement.
Commercially aware and able to negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
Proven track record of success negotiating and closing sales.
Understanding and knowledge of the market/industry.
Sales experience in a B2B environment.
Strong networking skills, with proven ability to maximize contacts.
Able to read, interpret and respond to tender documents.
