Summary
Role Description
ATS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Installer for a full-time, on-site role based in Sidcup. The Data Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data cabling and networks across client sites in the South East.
Daily tasks include setting up and configuring network components, testing and inspecting installations, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with teams to ensure project completion. This role involves working in a hands-on environment to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data cabling, networking, and IT installation services
- Technical skills in Containment installation, hardware setup, network configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow technical schematics and layout plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and connectivity solutions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with technical teams and clients
- Flexibility to work on-site at various client locations
- Previous experience in installation role preferred
- Relevant industry certifications and training are desirable
- Driving Licence
- Clean DBS Check
