Location: Southall, Ealing
Job Type: Full-time
Contract: Permanent (with flexibility for an initial temp-to-perm period, if preferred)
Start Date: April (February start considered for the right candidate)
Salary: M1 - UPS3

A large and inclusive Primary School in Southall is seeking a Qualified Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established nursery provision that places a strong emphasis on inclusion, early development and pupil wellbeing.
The nursery has capacity for up to 100 children (50 morning / 50 afternoon) and is currently operating at around 80 children, supported by three full-time support staff. This structure allows the teacher to focus on high-quality teaching, relationships and early learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Nursery class within a large EYFS setting
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Support children's communication, social and emotional development
- Work closely with EYFS practitioners and support staff
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and carers
Who This Role Is Suitable For
- Experienced Nursery or EYFS Teachers
- Confident ECTs with a strong Early Years background
- Teachers passionate about inclusive practice and early intervention

Essential Requirements
- QTS (Early Years experience required)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Experience working within a Nursery or EYFS setting
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
