- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback on student progress

- Proven experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt your approach accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs or a related field (desirable)
