Summary

Key Responsibilities:
· Offer one-on-one and group support to students with complex learning and developmental needs
· Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans to help students meet their personal and academic goals
· Provide support with personal care and health needs, where appropriate
· Collaborate with class teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive the highest quality support
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere where every student feels encouraged and empowered
· Help students build independence and self-confidence through hands-on support and positive reinforcement
What We're Looking For:
· Experience working with children or adults with special educational needs is preferred, but not essential
· A caring and patient nature, with a strong desire to help children overcome challenges and achieve their potential
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
· Flexibility and creativity in supporting students with different learning styles and needs
· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in your role
· An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for students
· Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or similar, are advantageous
