We are looking for an experienced Account Director with a strong catering background to lead and grow key client accounts across the UK. This is a senior, client-facing role suited to a commercially driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.

The Role

As Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple catering contracts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring outstanding operational and financial performance. You will work closely with operational teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a portfolio of catering accounts across the UK

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at senior level

  • Drive commercial performance, budgeting, and financial targets

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality catering and service standards

  • Support and develop on-site management teams

  • Identify and deliver business growth and retention opportunities

  • Travel nationally as required to support clients and teams

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior management or account leadership role

  • Strong catering or foodservice background is essential

  • Commercially astute with strong financial and operational understanding

  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, people-focused approach

  • Willing and able to travel across the UK
