Summary

Job description:

About Tuition Time Hub

For more than 10 years, Tuition Time Hub has been a beacon of guidance and motivation for students in Huddersfield. As an Ofsted-registered center, we pride ourselves on fostering a legacy of confident, self-reliant learners. We are a community-focused organization committed to making a real difference through charitable initiatives and global outreach.

The Role: Excellence in Coordination

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Center Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our hub. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who enjoys taking ownership of their workspace. As we grow across our two hubs, the scope of this role has the potential to expand across both sites, with core administration and operations being managed centrally.

This is not a temporary position or a "second job"; we are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to grow with us. The role will initially start with set hours—including a full Saturday—with the intention that the position will evolve into a full-time post as our services and hubs continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day flow of the center with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring the environment is professional, organized, and welcoming.
Initiative & Innovation: We value a "continuous improvement" mindset. You will be expected to use your own initiative to enhance our processes, student experience, and center aesthetics.
Childcare & Safeguarding: Maintain our high standards of care and compliance, ensuring all records are meticulous and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
Social Media & Community Engagement: Take the lead on our digital presence—capturing success stories and engaging with our community as we build more services.
Parental Liaison: Act as the warm, professional face of the center, building trust through excellent communication and regular updates.
Staff Support: Support our team of tutors to ensure they have the resources needed to deliver high-quality education.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 3 or above Qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
Self-Starters: We are looking for an individual who thrives when given responsibility and proactively solves problems to move the center forward.
Commitment: Someone looking for a long-term role with the ambition to grow from a part-time start into a full-time management-level position.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm approach to children and a professional demeanor with parents and colleagues.
Digital Literacy: Comfortable using social media to build brand awareness and capable of managing digital administrative systems.
Working Hours & Benefits

Competitive hourly rates based on experience and performance.
A supportive, community-driven working environment.
Growth Potential: This role is designed to scale. While starting with part-time hours (including Saturdays), we are looking for a candidate ready to transition into a full-time role as the organization grows.
Safeguarding Statement

Tuition Time Hub is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.

How to Apply

If you have the initiative and passion to help us shape brighter futures and want to build a long-term career with a thriving hub, we would love to hear from you.
