Summary
To be responsible for the supervision of cleaning methods and frequencies in a designated area of the hospital, ensuring that the required standards are achieved. To supervise the domestic assistants and rapid response team to ensure that their duties are carried out safely and using correct procedures and materials at frequencies laid down in the specification of work. Also the training of domestics to use machinery and the correct methods of cleaning. To ensure timely completion of PLB/appraisals for domestic staff. To ensure all mandatory training is completed on time. To adhere to the civility charter and display good practice.
