Crynodeb
You will be part of an excellent established team that provide high quality care and support to a gentleman who lives in the Prudhoe area. The role is extremely rewarding and enables the person we support to live a fulfilled life. You will be often busy inside and outside of the home. Throughout the day you will be travelling to different destinations that the person we support likes to go to.
At home your duties include personal care, cooking, cleaning, budget preparation, shopping and health care. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone to become part of an excellent team with excellent training provided with possible further career opportunities within the company.
What we're looking for:
· A genuine passion for supporting others.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options:
· 25 hours per week
Sleep ins required - paid at an enhanced flat rate of £63.70.
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
