About the Role
Are you a passionate and motivated Rehab Physiotherapist looking to develop your career in a supportive and progressive environment? We are seeking a Band 5 equivalent Physiotherapist to join our growing Gloucester clinic, delivering high-quality care across MSK and neurological rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality rehabilitation physiotherapy across MSK, neurological, and functional conditions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Maintain professional and HCPC standards of practice
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• HCPC registration (essential)
• Experience or strong interest in MSK and neurological rehabilitation
• Confidence working independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Empathy, compassion, and a patient-focused approach
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
