Summary
Multi-skilled Tradesperson - Self-employed
The role involves a variety of residential and light commercial projects, refurbishments and maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a range of construction and finishing works to a high standard
General building tasks including (but not limited to):
Carpentry & Joinery
Plastering & drylining
Basic plumbing & electrics (non-certified works only)
Tiling & flooring
Painting & Decorating
Requirements
Reliable & Experienced
Good speaking English and be able to read instructions
Self motivated and be able to complete tasks independently
Own tools
Own transport not a requirement but be able to move around London with own tools using public transport. Heavy goods and tools will be transported for you if required.
Be reliable and punctual with a profession attitude
Be able to communicate effectively with clients and other team members
