Duties:
- Diagnosing faults and identifying necessary repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Conducting repairs and servicing according to manufacturer standards
- Performing road tests to verify diagnostics and ensure quality work
- Handling, storing, and documenting parts used during repairs accurately
- Delivering exceptional customer service by providing clear communication and technical advice
- Ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols within the workshop environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or similar environment
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify faults efficiently
- Good understanding of vehicle systems and technology
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
