Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of our NCA Estates Departments Centralised Helpdesk/Clerical team to manage, monitor & support the Help Desk Operatives around the daily activities and its functions on the Help Desk and the Estates Reception Offices.

You will support the Group CAFM and Asset Manager in the continued development of the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.

Good Communications with the Team, contractors/external agencies and wider hospital staff at all levels. Ensure appropriate response within the agreed KPI’s.

You will be literate and numerate, and willing to develop computer skills. You will be required to carry out some lone working on relevant tasks & record task information via the Trusts PPM & Reactive CAFM systems.

Provide E&F management team with up-to date reports on request, showing the status of various workloads of different types and categories. Analyse and summarise complex data sets.

Provide support to the Estates and Facilities teams with the day-to-day operations of the Estates Department in terms of PPM and reactive tasks.

Attendance at training courses as & when required.

Manage Help Desk staff including, workload management, training and development, recruitment and selection, appraisal, grievance and disciplinary, and attendance management.
