What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing targeted academic and emotional support to students in need
• Collaborating closely with class teachers and the SENCO on daily progress strategies
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and group interventions to boost student confidence and achievement
• Tracking and analysing student progress; adapting support to maximise success
• Playing a pivotal role in creating an inclusive, positive classroom climate
