Ø Evidence-informed practice: using research to inform their practice enabling them to drive school improvement, enhance teacher professional development, improve student outcomes, and foster a reflective, evidence-based learning culture. This includes detailed knowledge of a wide range of Special Educational Needs and how those needs impact learning, development, and the daily life of students.
