Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• Play a key strategic role in developing and delivering a Trust-wide Estates and Facilities Strategy aligned to the MAT’s vision and long-term goals
• Be responsible for the overall management and operation of the Trust's Estates Team, modelling the MAT’s values, ethical leadership and commitment to safeguarding
• Lead capital planning, lifecycle maintenance and Condition Data Collection programmes
• Ensure full compliance with all estates-related statutory and regulatory requirements, including fire safety, asbestos, water safety, electrical and gas safety
• Act as the Trust’s competent person for estates-related health and safety, working alongside central Health and Safety colleagues
• Lead the Trust’s sustainability and decarbonisation agenda in line with DfE expectations
