Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to support diverse school communities across Crawley. This position provides the freedom to choose between full-time or part-time hours during the academic year.
Overview of ResponsibilitiesAs a central figure in the classroom, you will support both the lead teacher and the students to maintain a vibrant and effective learning environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Partnering with teachers to deliver lessons and coordinate classroom activities.

Applying proactive behavioural management to ensure the classroom remains orderly and productive.
