Summary
Manpower is currently looking to recruit for a skilled and motivated Automotive Body Repairer to join our clients Bodyshop team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys delivering high-quality vehicle repairs to a consistently high standard.
You will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer guidelines.

- Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm No weekend work! (Minimum 40 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out panel repairs, replacements and structural work on a wide range of vehicles
- Assess damage and plan repair methods before starting work
- Remove and refit damaged panels using appropriate repair techniques
- Carry out welding, pulling and alignment work where required
- Prepare repaired areas ready for paint, ensuring a high-quality finish
- Work closely with estimators, painters and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify any additional damage and report it promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working as a Panel Technician or Panel Beater within a Bodyshop environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair methods and techniques
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ / IMI or equivalent) preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence desirable
