Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are currently recruiting Production / Warehouse Operatives to work at a well-established client in the horticultural industry, specializing in flowers and plants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic production environment. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Duties
  • Inspect and sort flowers.

  • Assist in packaging and labeling.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area.

  • Follow safety guidelines.

  • Assist in general factory duties.

Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work for long periods.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work shifts and offer flexibility.

  • Reliable and committed to assigned shifts.
