Summary

Senior Training Advisor specialism Motor Vehicle

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Training Specialist to support apprentices at Carlisle College. In this role, you will plan, deliver and assess high‑quality apprenticeship training, ensuring learners gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.

You will work closely with apprentices and employers, carrying out regular workplace reviews to monitor progress and support apprentice through to successful completion of their apprenticeship and End-Point Assessment (EPA).

In addition, you will contribute to the promotion and development of our Motor Vehicle apprenticeship provision, helping strengthen links with industry and championing the programme across the region.
