Key Responsibilities
- Support the C&B Manager in coordinating conferences, meetings and event operations.
- Oversee room setups, equipment checks and service preparation.
- Supervise the team during events to maintain smooth service and high standards.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, handling requests confidently.
- Assist with staffing, rotas and task allocation during busy periods.
- Maintain clean, well-presented function rooms and service areas.
- Support health & safety, licensing and compliance procedures.
- Work closely with F&B, Kitchen and Sales teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Help train and support team members to build service confidence.
Person Specification
- Experience in events or hospitality service.
- Confident communicator able to supervise small teams.
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with a guest-focused mindset.
- Positive, reliable and professional approach.
- Keen to learn and progress into a C&B management role.
