Millwood Primary School - Where new adventures begin.
Millwood is an outstanding primary special school for pupils who have significant additional educational needs. We are at an exciting time in our journey with a new extension being completed on site to increase our school capacity. We invite applications from excellent practitioners including ECTs from mainstream or special settings to deliver our broad and balanced curriculum with pupils with a range of SEND needs across the primary age range.

Shortlisting will take place on: 24 February 2026
Interviews will take place on: 3 and 4 March 2026
Visits to school will take place (by appointment only): 3.30pm on Monday 9th February or 3.30pm on Tuesday 10th February 2026
The interview will include an observation of teaching at Millwood School, an interview, including a pre-prepared presentation and a short meeting with pupils on the school council.

Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), two suitable references, health clearance and right to work in the UK. We will conduct an online search of shortlisted candidates in line with KCSIE.
