Summary
I am currently looking for a Leasehold Officer (Independent Living 55+) to work within a scheme in Essex on a Temporary basis for around 3 months (likely to be extended)
Pay: £18.00 per hour + holiday pay (£20.17 per hour)
Contract: Temp to perm - minimum 3 months
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 days a week (8:00am-1:00pm)
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS required
- Must be a driver and able to travel between sites
- Previous Leasehold experience preferred (or an experienced Housing Officer with strong leasehold knowledge)
- Experience with service charges, estimated charges, end-of-year accounts, and responding to leaseholder queries
- Experience working with older people (55+) desirable
- Confident working in a retirement independent living environment (this is not a support worker role)
Role Overview:
Working within a 55+ Independent Living leasehold service where leaseholders pay for services, providing effective leasehold management and customer focused support.
