Summary
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Analyst to support analysis, design assurance, and stakeholder Q&A across Oracle-based integrations. The role is strongly analysis-led, with emphasis on reviewing integration designs, validating approaches, and acting as a subject-matter reference during solution design and delivery. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is highly desirable.
Role: Oracle Integration Analyst
Contract - 6 months with possibility to extend
Location - Waterside (UB7 0GB)
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead integration analysis and design review activities across Oracle platforms.
- Act as a design authority, validating proposed integration solutions and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Participate in design walkthroughs and Q&A sessions with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Analyse integration requirements and translate them into clear, high-level integration design guidance.
- Review interface specifications, data mappings, and integration patterns for quality, security, and scalability.
- Support troubleshooting at a design and architecture level rather than hands-on build.
- Provide clear documentation and design recommendations for delivery teams.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience in an Oracle Integration Analyst or similar analytical/design role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle integration architecture and common integration patterns.
- Proven experience challenging and validating integration designs through structured Q&A.
- Solid knowledge of APIs, web services, and data exchange concepts (REST/SOAP, XML, JSON).
- Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience analysing or supporting integrations involving Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Exposure to Oracle SaaS environments (HCM, ERP, or related modules).
- Background in design governance, solution assurance, or architecture
