Summary
A thriving secondary school in the West Midlands is seeking a confident, proactive Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full‑time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong presence in the classroom and a background in sport, coaching, or leading young people.
About the Role
- Full‑time position, Monday to Friday
- No lesson planning or marking required
- Deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects
- Maintain a positive, productive learning environment
- Support behaviour management and classroom routines
- Required to stay for CPD every Thursday until 4.45pm
What We're Looking For
- A strong, confident individual with excellent classroom presence
- Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or sports setting
- A background in sport, coaching, or physical activity is highly desirable
- Someone reliable, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly
- A professional who can manage a classroom effectively and uphold high expectations
