About the RoleIn this role, you will:Support women and children transitioning from emergency accommodation into the community.Provide practical resettlement support, including help with benefits, housing, and accessing essential items.Deliver structured 1:1 support and group sessions, including parenting and recovery programmes like MODA.Promote positive relationships between women and their children and support access to local networks and services.Liaise with agencies such as social services, schools, and health professionals to ensure ongoing support, and attend multi-agency meetings on behalf of clients.Maintain accurate records and contribute to the delivery of the IDAS helpline on a rota basis.Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
