Location: Leeds, LS1 5AB

Hours of work: 16​

Working Pattern: Thursday & Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Workplace Coordinator to join our team as part of a job share arrangement.​

This role is hands-on and requires someone who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities across facilities management, hospitality bookings, and stakeholder engagement.

Job Description

You will play a key role in delivering a world-class, client-facing front of house and facilities management service.​

Acting as an ambassador for ISS, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, uphold service standards, and provide exceptional support to visitors, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation of the client site and act as the primary contact for all FM-related matters.

Manage and monitor CRES helpdesk work orders, driving completion within agreed SLAs.

Escalate building or facilities issues to the FM team as required.

Support Corporate Security processes, including issuing security passes and maintaining compliance.

Monitor cleaning standards and ensure specifications are consistently met.

Oversee meeting room bookings, usage, and hospitality requirements, including set-up and clean-down.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and arranging courier collections.

Arrange business travel and hotel bookings as required.

Receipt and send requests for expenses promptly and accurately.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or a similar client-facing role.

Professional and confident in representing ISS to senior client staff.

IT literate with strong skills in MS Office and booking systems (e.g., Condeco, Saffron).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
