What will the HR Advisor role involve?
• Advising on HR best practice and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Supporting recruitment activity and onboarding processes aligned with business growth plans
• Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers, helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and ongoing HR process improvements
About you for the HR Advisor position:
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling employee relations matters end to end
• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified (or actively working towards)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine interest in supporting people and business growth
