Summary
We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our fast-paced and diverse marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, planning and implementing engaging social media campaigns that connect with our target audiences and drive meaningful engagement with the Days Motor Company brand. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our social media presence and make a real impact on how we communicate with our customers across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
.
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
- Create compelling, on-brand content including graphics, copy, and multimedia assets * Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting
- Monitor social media trends in the automotive industry and adapt strategies accordingly
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends
- Support paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and performance monitoring
- Work with external partners, influencers, or agencies as needed

Essential Skills & Experience
.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences
- Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with video creation and editing for social media
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences * Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills & Experience
.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO and how it relates to social media
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Photography or videography skills
