This post sits within the Housing Revenue and Payments Team and carries out a range of revenue and payment functions. In particular the post holder will be involved in the recovery of Former Tenant Arrears. Also, such things as Lifeline Accounts and financial functions for the Housing Department, using various software systems, within given timescales and customers receive accurate and timely information in accordance with legislation and Council policy.
The post holder must ensure the service is delivered as flexibly as possible to best meet the needs and demands of the customer.
