Summary

As a Site Engineer, you will be ensuring that designs are translated into reality with precision. You will work across a multi-disciplinary scope, including major earthworks, complex drainage systems, and the construction of significant concrete structures. This role is a PAYE only role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting Out: Precise dimensional control using Total Stations and GPS for earthworks, piles, and structural foundations.

  • Quality Control: Implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), conducting ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and managing RFI (Request for Information) processes.

  • Earthworks & Drainage: Managing bulk excavation, soil stabilization, and the installation of deep drainage and attenuation tanks.

  • Structures: Overseeing the technical requirements for bridges, viaducts, and retaining walls, including reinforcement (rebar) checks and concrete pours.

  • Health & Safety: Promoting a "Safety First" culture and ensuring all works adhere to RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in the construction industry
  • Valid CSCS card
  • SMSTS or SSSTS is preferred but not a necessity
