About the Role:
As an Evening Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate evening cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency across all sites. You’ll be responsible for managing a team, scheduling tasks, maintaining supplies, and providing hands-on support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the cleaning team to deliver top-quality results.
Organize and manage evening schedules to meet client expectations.
Monitor and maintain stock levels of eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
Conduct regular checks to ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
Provide training and guidance to team members as required.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven supervisory experience in a cleaning or similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A valid driving license (essential) to travel between sites.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
Knowledge of Polish language will be a bosnus.
