Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years care and education.
Support the Nursery Manager with smooth daily operations.
Implement the EYFS framework and ensure engaging learning opportunities for children.
Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Take charge of nursery operations in the Manager’s absence.
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
Must be able to work full time 40 or 45 hours per week
Must have 2 years experience as a Room Leader Position
Valid enhanced DBS check.
Two satisfactory references.
Right to work in the UK.
