Summary

We are recruiting for a Housing Operations Manager to join our Housing team. You will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations of supported housing services, ensuring high-quality services for residents while maintaining compliance with legal and organisational standards.

This role requires someone with Level 3 or above Housing qualification or equivalent, proven experience in housing management, preferably within supported housing; strong knowledge of housing legislation and safeguarding practices; excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills; experience of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other agencies and professions; ability to work independently and manage crisis situations; experience of demonstrating compliance for external regulatory inspections and/or accreditations.

Key responsibilities:
• To provide leadership, direction and line management related to housing operations across all housing supported accommodations.
• To support a culture of collaboration, so that managers work together within the directorate and across the wider association.
• To ensure the provision of high-quality services to service users in line with the organisational ethos and objectives.
• Oversee operations and compliance for all supported housing sites and maintain ambitious standards of health and safety, fire safety, and resident wellbeing.
• Deputising for the Head of Housing and fellow Housing management when required to do so, e.g. annual leave, sickness.
• To be on call out of hours as directed by the Head of Housing, deputising as required.

PAY:
