My client an award-winning artisan chocolate company, is looking to fill a newly created role Food Quality Assurance Technician / QA to join their Dorset-based team.
Reporting into the Technical manager you will help ensure their products, chocolates, brownies and gelato meet high food safety and quality standards, supporting audits, HACCP, inspections, testing, traceability and continuous improvement across production.
Key requirements:
·Minimum 2 years' experience in food quality / QA
·Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
·Good communication, problem-solving and record-keeping skills
·Auditing skills
·Proficient in Microsoft Office

This role is commutable from Wareham, Poole, Bournemouth, Corfe and will suit a candidate that may have previously worked as a QA, Quality Auditor, Quality Assurance, Food safety, Technical Assistant
