Permanent | 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) + £3,000 car allowance.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Field Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line support across multiple sites in the East Midlands. You will assist with incidents, service requests, and problem resolution, escalating where necessary, and support the wider IT team with technology rollouts and investigations.
What you'll do:
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and major problems.
Serve as first point of escalation for 1st/2nd line engineers and specific sites.
Manage site relationships and support infrastructure, applications, devices, and networking equipment (Cisco Meraki, Unifi).
Administer user accounts, permissions, and mobile device configurations (Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune).
Conduct root cause analysis, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support cyber and P1 infrastructure incidents.
Install applications, configure hardware (laptops, mobiles, tablets), support printers, cloud telephony, servers, and web filtering.
What we're looking for:
3–5 years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support, preferably within ITIL frameworks or MSPs.
Strong technical knowledge of desktop/server platforms, networking, virtualization, and cloud solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable: IT qualification, VOIP/telephony knowledge, and network management experience.
Other Requirements:
Travel to schools and office locations as required.
