Summary
A Richmond upon Thames-based household is seeking a Part-time Nanny to care for their toddler. All general nanny duties are required for this role, with a strong focus on the child’s safety, development, and daily routines. The ideal candidate will be warm, experienced, and confident in supporting early years development through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Mandarin-speaking skills would be a huge bonus, though English is essential. The family has two small dogs, so the nanny must be comfortable around pets. A minimum of 5 years’ childcare experience is required for this role. A valid first aid qualification is require.
Working hours: Morning hours, 3–4 hours per day, 3 days per week
Duties include:
assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles,
bathing the child and maintaining proper hygiene routines,
ensuring the child’s safety, wellbeing, and overall development,
establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines,
engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits,
encouraging early literacy by reading books to the child,
preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child,
keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
