Summary
Luma Education Recruitment is looking for a professional and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a leading specialist SEN school in the Redbridge area. This is an ongoing assignment offering competitive daily rates depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Ensure all students are engaged and follow set work.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Support students with additional needs where required.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable.
• Experience or interest in working with SEN students is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
