Summary
Windyedge Cottage is looking for an experienced, reliable cook who is passionate about providing high quality and nutritious meals
The post is for 22.5/30 hours per week alternating over 4 week period. Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.
Additional hours may be required to cover annual leave and sickness
You will:
· Plan and produce varied, nutritious meals, offering choice for residents
· Demonstrate awareness of individual needs and specific dietary requirements
. Stock Rotation and Ordering
· Manage the storage and disposal process
· Maintain a cooking and cleaning regime
· Complete relevant paperwork in line with home and legislative requirements
· Attend training courses and be available to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
Applicants should possess a relevant catering qualification or have previous experience within a similar role, along with a valid certificate in Food Safety & Hygiene. On-going support and supervision will be provided
