Summary
Royal Hampton is a Luxurious 73 bed Care Setting in Ponteland. We offer luxurious accommodation for our residents in beautiful surroundings. We are developing a care team which is dedicated to putting our residents first, providing high quality nursing care and to assist in identifying and addressing the health and social care of a wide variety of residents.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, caring, professional Day Shift Nurse to help with the management of the home.
Key Skills:-
To assess and evaluate the quality of care given to our residents.
Administer and order medicines as required by our residents and the homes policies and procedures.
Liaise with out of hours services.
Work closely with our members of our care team as the Charge Nurse ensuring effective high quality care is given, to achieve planned goals and support staff.
Attend and participate in relevant staff meetings, take a lead role in staff supervisions and appraisals.
Work in collaboration with the Clinical Lead, Assistant Manager and Home Manager, to ensure quality assurance/monthly audits are completed.
Work in partnership with residents, families and friends planning and reviewing care plans.
