Summary

Join Our Dedicated Housekeeping Team in the Scottish Highlands!

Are you passionate about creating immaculate, welcoming spaces and take pride in attention to detail? We're seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Housekeeper to help maintain the exceptional standards of our charming country house hotel, surrounded by beautiful grounds with peaceful coastal views and dramatic Highland scenery.

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest experiences the comfort and luxury they expect:

-Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and suites to the highest standards
-Refreshing public areas, lounges with roaring log fires, and elegant spaces
-Restocking amenities, making beds with crisp linens, and adding thoughtful finishing touches
-Working efficiently as part of a small, close-knit team to turn around rooms quickly between stays
-Responding promptly to any guest requests with a can-do attitude

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of Scotland's most picturesque settings — surrounded by acres of lawns, woodlands, and coastal beauty — while contributing to unforgettable guest experiences in a warm, family-feel environment.

We offer:

-Competitive hourly rate + service charge / tips
-Live-in accommodation options available (including meals when on duty)
-Flexible shifts with the chance for full-time or part-time hours
-Stunning surroundings perfect for outdoor activities in your free time (beach walks, wildlife spotting, Highland exploration)
-Ongoing training and support to develop your skills
-A friendly, supportive team in a historic, independently owned property

Ideal candidates will have:

-Previous housekeeping experience (hotel, domestic, or similar — training provided for the right person)
-A genuine eye for detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
-Reliability, good time-keeping, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Flexibility for shifts including weekends and some early/late duties
-A positive attitude and pride in creating beautiful, comfortable spaces

If you're looking for meaningful work in a magical Highland location, where your hard work directly enhances guests' stays, we'd love to hear from you.

Please send your CV and a short note about why you'd be a great fit for our team.

Help us keep our historic house shining — where every room tells a story of Scottish hospitality.
