Are you looking to grow your procurement career in a supportive, purpose driven organisation?

We’re looking for a Procurement Officer who’s ready to make a meaningful impact while developing their professional skills in a
friendly and collaborative environment. At mhs homes, our Procurement Team plays a vital role in ensuring we deliver high quality,
cost effective services for our customers and communities.

In this role, you’ll help us maintain strong, transparent procurement practices while supporting colleagues across the business to
get the best value from every contract and supplier relationship. You’ll take ownership of below threshold procurement activities,
from gathering quotes to managing framework call offs, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues as you
begin contributing to larger tender processes. Alongside this, you’ll support contract management and category based procurement
opportunities that help us work smarter and more efficiently.

Your day to day work will be varied and engaging—reviewing purchase orders, maintaining procurement systems, running procurement
exercises, and helping to deliver training that builds procurement awareness across the organisation. We’re looking for someone
with a positive approach, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to engage and communicate with colleagues at all levels.

If you have experience or an interest in public sector procurement and are working towards (or keen to work towards) a CIPS Level
4 qualification, we’d love to hear from you. If you have great attention to detail, enjoy problem solving, and want to grow your
procurement expertise in a supportive team, this could be the perfect next step.

We reserve the right to close applications early should a high volume be received.

We offer:

* A performance based annual bonus + pension contributions matched up to 6%
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays and the option to buy/sell holiday
* Training & Development and opportunities for continuing professional development including regular tool box talks
* A great team of colleagues to work with
* Regular social and charitable events and a range of wellbeing activities
* Enhanced family leave policies
* A really competitive package of flexible employee benefits including a cycle to work scheme
* Free parking and disabled parking
* Access to two holiday homes in Norfolk and Dorset

At mhs homes we value equality, diversity and inclusion. We are wholeheartedly committed to the principle of equality of
opportunity, both as an employer and as a provider of services. We positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and
eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital
status, or pregnancy and maternity.

We’re a Disability Confident employer. This means if you tell us you have a disability and meet the minimum requirements for the
job, we’ll offer you an interview. We can be flexible when assessing people so everyone has the best opportunity to demonstrate
they can do the job.

Instructions for potential applicants: Please note we're using an anonymised recruitment process for this role. This means the
shortlisting panel will only see personal details or CVs if you're shortlisted for interview. Therefore, shortlisting will be done
based on your application and supporting statement. Please complete all sections fully and refer to the role profile when telling
us about your skills and experience.
