Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced MAG Welder to join a long‑established and well‑respected steel fabrication company based in Sutton‑in‑Ashfield.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MAG welding on a variety of steel components
- Work from technical drawings to produce accurate, high‑quality welds
- Assemble and fabricate components to meet production specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all health & safety procedures and workshop guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in MAG welding (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
- Good understanding of welding procedures and fabrication processes
Working Hours & Pay Rate
- 0800 - 1630 (Monday to Thursday)
- 0715 - 1330 (Friday)
- With overtime available from 0600 Monday to Friday and overtime available Saturday (overtime rate paid at 1.5x).
