Summary

Blessed Hearts Home Care is looking for dedicated Community Care Support Workers (Domiciliary) and Healthcare Care Support Workers to become part of our growing team.

We are looking to recruit reliable Community Care Support Worker and Health Care Support Workers, to provide person-centered care for our full range of clients and the elderly/disabled clients, to enable them to remain living in the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities and Duties of being a Care Support Worker

Providing Person-Centred Care Support to a range of service users, in their homes within the community, Residential Care Homes or in Hospitals
Support with mobility (Hoisting)
Support with Administration of Medicines
Accompanying service users to appointments
Food preparation (Fluids and Nutritional Intake)
Respite Care
The position will be subject to satisfactory DBS and references.

-Full valid driver’s license and own transport is desirable but not essential.

- No qualifications needed but it would be highly advantageous if you have worked in care before.

-Blessed Hearts provide full training and can support you to apply for a DBS if you don't already hold one.
