Summary

Who are we looking for?

An experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment.



What will the role involve?

- Provide and maintain a high quality and reliable admin service covering customer enquiries, recruitment advertising, training events, induction & onboarding of new staff, and HR system admin.
- Raise purchase orders for recruitment and training events.
- Support with a range of digital improvement projects specific to recruitment, digital filing, learning and development activities and data entry for a new HRIS solution.
- Provide administrative support to other staff within the People & OD team.


What skills, knowledge and abilities do you require for the role?

- Previous experience of working in a busy office role.
- Capable of dealing efficiently and confidently with staff enquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated to complete a job accurately.
- Good ICT skills including experience of using Microsoft Office products.
- GDPR knowledge and understanding.
